Imoteca is a consulting company that has been operating on the Romanian market since 2002.
Our belief is that real estate is a human-to-human business, so one of our main goals is to offer all the support to those interested in this field (whether we are talking about potential buyers, tenants or investors) through seminars or private discussion sessions.
Thus, we are addressing the following two segments: end-user workshops (for employees aged 20-35 / 40) and private seminars for investors.

How long?
The running time is about 1 hour and a half with a 10 minutes break, plus questions and answers session at the end.
We started the workshops program with a presentation that took place at IBM. The participants were very interested in the procedures to buy a new apartment.
A very interactive discussion with many questions about financing, legal issues, prices, and a request for a second working session to discuss about rents.
We have already implemented a series of events in 2019 in companies such as IBM, Orange, Carrefour, BRD, IPSOS and we are glad that our presentations have provided useful information and answers to the questions.
